Species: Velociraptor
1. Reason/story behind your fursona's name
Partly for the fact im a Scaley raptor, but also because in the real world day to day i usually wind up climbing up all sorts of things. The Darkclaw part i made up later :P
2. Reasons why your species represents your personality.
Well im very old fashioned and not really compatible with the modern world lol. I am fairly small and when required can run like the wind. Generally placid but if someone pushes their luck i can be a dangerous animal. Also oddly my eating habits mirror a predator too. Can have a huge meal then go for a few days just picking at bits before a big dinner again o.O. Also people see me as dangerous anyway...not violent but i have a healthy disregard for bullshit health and safety!
3. Any special aspects to your fursona (wings, demon side, ect.)? Are there reasons behind them?
Well i added the head-feathers as something to show off with and be a gesture towards how raptors really were (feathered all over) Still working on markings really apart from the black stripe from snout to tail tip. No real reason behind that idea.
4. Is there a stereotype about your fursona's species that holds true to you?
I suppose i work well as a pack rather than individually and as far as being old fashioned, hard wearing, more at home in the woodlands and my seemingly strange eating pattern thats about it. Also raptors are supposed to be very agile and i can be if needed :P
5. If you had to find a more suitable species to be your fursona to better match you as a person, what would it be?
If pressed i would have to say some form of wolf. Im still fairly feral and ''depths of forest'' type person anyway. But i feel velociraptor fits me better!
