I'm still kinda contemplating a name, but Phsyco2 gave me "Florian Tiigo" as a nice suggestion so far. Kinda vibrant, like his markings. ^^
Here's a bio I've compiled for him so far:

originates from: the Dakelh tribe, deep in the heart of Palaven, the tribe is very cut off from the larger Turian cities and territories. They have a long history of being military-esque though, technology is also used by the tribe / settlement, but they're more adept and in touch with nature / the spirits than most modern day Turians.

personality: rather tender, soft hearted, genuine, understanding, thoughtful
skills: Tracking, dextro-herbal medicine and sniping (yes, he tastes leafs and sticks to track XD)
