horray! time to own a house!

we're FINALLY CLOSING on the house. after weeks of the mortgage broker dicking around, the seller finally got their lawyer involved in the mix.
and their lawyer, being a lawyer, sent an e-mail to the mortgage broker saying something to the tune of "no more extensions, close this week or lose the deal." which is a bluff. but THANK YOU LAWYER.
so we're finally going to do it. it's finally going to happen. WE WILL FINALLY HAVE THE HOUSE. on friday.
which is the day zar flies in from cali at midnight
and the next day we're all driving to NJ for the wedding reception
and then driving back up on sunday right after the reception
...this is going to be a busy weekend.
