Day 15 Exercise/diet

Well definitely wont make my goal of 195 by the 13th, I've been exercising nearly every day (say for this week, one day I had to fix the roof and another I had to fix a sink). I've cut sodas out of my diet since before I started, that is 5-6 (some cases more) of sodas a day which is around/over 900 Calories I've cut out of my diet a day. Unfortunately even with all of this I'm only down to 210, (9 pounds since I've started) which is a bit disappointing considering in the past I've lost 15 pounds in about 3 weeks.

I've been trying forever to cut off my gut, but it seemed no matter how often I ran or worked on stuff, I couldn't break that fat down. Albeit a bit shamefully, I tried that hydroxicut stuff to boost metabolism while i ran like a frakkin' maniac and cut back on calorie intake and all that. Knocked off a good 10 lbs. Which is saying a lot going from 142 to 132 xD
Just a struggle to keep it off. I'll likely gain it back. Kinda wish I lived in japan or something. Such healthy fooood ; ;
