So, barely four months after getting my job in Cincinnati, I was offered an amazing possibility back in New Mexico. I accepted, and just four days ago began work as a telescope and computer tech at the New Mexico Skies observatory in the Lincoln National Forest.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be getting used to this new environment while finding a place to stay. I've already found possibilities, and it shouldn't be very long that I have to stay at the observatory.

I'll still be able to make FC; if anything, this has actually increased my chances of doing so.

Seeing as, in the short time I've been here, I've sort of revolutionized remote telescope control, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to keep this job for a little while. :P
