I don't have any Apple products I think they are just hype.
And I don't like them cuzz they are over priced computers and phones and they are not any better then PC's they both freeze and both crash.

And both have there Hard disks crash as in post toasties death. xD

He didn't create the PC at all... get your facts right before spouting crap... he may claim he did but he only worked for the company that created the first PC's... Apple computers came out far later than the first generation of home computers.... Hell... Apple's OS system was a response to DoS not a new invention at all.

i believe that Steve Wozniak is credited with inventing the personal computer, and as I recall jobs was mostly just a marketer.

The problem is people believe apple created personal computers... they didn't... DoS came into being about three years before apples OS system and apple computers in general... and even before this their were personal computers that didn't run on Microsoft or apple operating systems but instead ran on punch card or five and a 1/2 floppy drives... such as the "legendary" commodore 64 bit system

I get kind of annoyed when people suggest Apple created personal computing... that's kind of like saying America invented the automobile.... No.... that's both factually and historically wrong.

He didint even create the original Apple.

What he did do, was take the risks and push the things most other companies were not willing to push.

Also, the Personal Computer, as it was named, was created by the Personal Systems Group at IBM Boca Raton.

Personally, I'll miss his innovate mind. I love my iMac, especially for Pro Logic, which if you like GarageBand it's like that on steroids, and the operating system. I really don't care about the PC v Mac debate, I use both of them and like them each for different reasons but I'm sure that won't stop raging fans from wanting you to stick to one side...same bullshit you see with console wars.

Apple produces a very high quality line of products. Something the ordinary person does not realize is that something that specification wise may look the same as some other thing, may be higher quality than that other thing. This is what Apple sells, computers that are reliable and well made, sometimes they fuck up, but everyone does. This is why people dont understand why a server costs $15,000 or why my Dell is more reliable than your Dell, few understand that something made not to break, tested to all hell and back, and guaranteed for 5 years costs more when all they see is the specs and the sticker.

Also, Jobs made all his money on Pixar and Disney.

Every Mac I've used freezed up more than the shitty Dell Optiplex comps I use at work. Macs may be able to take half a beating, but mobile apple tech tends to break like toothpicks.

And yes, he may have made a shit ton on pixar, but he still overprices his tech x.x

Eeeehhhh, I wouldn't say his products are shit. Overpriced? Fuck yeah, but the design, build quality,
and over all service of Apple was quite good. If I could afford it, I would honestly buy a macbookpro
for the reason that it's designer friendly and the screens are IPS, one of the only laptop brands that
have them.

If I could afford it, I'd get a mac too. But only for the purpose of Garage Band. Otherwise, macs usually run as well as any Dell running on Vista.
