Firstly, I apoliogise to people for not having been so active, both on here and on msn. I've had quite a bit to deal with since the move only two months ago now, and I've only just now managed to realy get on top of it.
Secondly, I wish everyone well in this, my favourite of months, the time of year when the boundaries of the human and spirit worlds intersect.
Thirdly, just wanted to notify that tomorrow is my 20th birthday, and I'm kind of wondering, would it be better to get a tattoo on my 20th or 21st birthday?

I'd say wait out on the tattoo till at least the 21st. Think of what you want to get and where you whant it as your oging to have it for a long time.

If you've only just started to think about it hold out on the tattoo, if you've got a solid idea and the excess money to go get one then 20 is as good as 21.
