I would rather be poor and in love, than rich and alone.

we all go through phases in life with the ones we love. be it family, friends
or a significant other. but i seem to be one who cannot attain true happyness. not to
sound emo or some other shit but lets face it, i am 25, still living with my parents
and madly in love with someone who cannot love me back right now.... not that i blame
her. i have been single for six years. my last companion is now one of my best friends
one of two i can confide anything in. she is also a lesbian. that being said there is
nothing i can say against her or anyone for that matter, i am just an overly emotional
male living in a world where men are steriotyped as sex driven morons. i am not. i am
loyal, affectionate and loving. i am overweight hairy and a huuuge nerd.

this brings me to my point. this girl i am in love with still has feelings of
love towards her ex and while i do not know when they broke up or why for that matter,
she claims to have no intention of getting back together with him. i cannot say if this
is true or false. yet it does not seem to matter to me, i love her, and would wait till
the end of time if it meant she would love me back.
