Two weeks storyline wrap up + character interviews -AMA
14 years ago
Over the past couple of weeks I have been putting a great deal of thought into Two Weeks, and I think I have come up with a skeleton for the rest of the story line. There is still a great many chapters to be written, but now I know what will eventually happen to Mark, Alan, and Doctor Mertezi In the long run.
of course there is still plenty to do before then. P:
Additionally, I am opening this journal up as an ask me anything thread. if there's anything you would like to ask any of the characters in the story, you will get a reply in character. no topic is off limits, though I am going to try to avoid spoilers. I would like to do this in order to flesh out the characters a little bit more in my head, so the more questions the better, up to a point.
You could also pose a question directly to me, though it may not be quite as interesting.
thank you ^ ^

I've read a lot of Two Weeks and have come to the conclusion that you are a heartless, vile cretin who draws the line at nothing for the betterment of science. You put young boys through things that no one should have to go through without consent, you rip apart families by buying off their members for your twisted experiments, and you horribly deform and mutate your test subjects beyond recognition.
To the above, I can only produce one reaction: Where can I sign up?
Regards,
Kiba
Once I have the process better perfected I very well may be able to take voluntary candidates, such as yourself, though there is much work to be done before something like that could be accomplished.
I do appreciate your concern though, thank you.
Dr. Victor Mertezi
As of right now, do you have any regrets relating to signing on for this...internship... with the good doctor? If not, why?
I mean, I've been trying for a couple of years or so to get Alan to notice me, but I've always been way too shy to even speak a word to him. We never even had a conversation. In school I think the only thing he had ever said to me was "here's your pencil" a few months ago. It fell off my desk and rolled forward between his legs, and he picked it up with his toes, then gave it back to me. I barely choked out a thank you, and couldn't sit straight for the rest of the period. I've spent hours watching him go around the track at school, though I doubt he knows it, or even really noticed me at all.
Now though, well...up until now I've never had a chance to get with anyone, beyond a kiss on a dare in third grade at least. What Alan and I did today was probably... No definitely the best experience of my life.
anywho i did have a quick question for the Doc.
i'm curious to know if the gardens where the wyverns live were in the same galaxy as us or not. cuz if they are i think i could easily travel there by ship. i'm very curious to see the gardens myself. my younger brother does as well. he's a scientist like you and he's always trying to learn and study alien life. but between us i think he wants to go just to have fun with your wyvern Smith. ^^; he tends to go for pleasure first and then science, but i think he could also be of use to you. he has a broad knowledge in various branches of science. what would you say to having an assistant? (so much for quick lol XD)
I'm sure that Smith would enjoy a good time though, due to what he has been through, his emotional state is somewhat fragile.
Corin: that does make for quite a challenge, our technology still hasn't quite reach FTL speeds. we can bend space around our ships to speed up travel but not enough for an intergalactic jump.
well a possiblity is to meet on earth and go from there. another thing we could do is provide yu with some equipment my brother would know better than i on what would be of use to yu ^^;
Corin: does this mean i can be his assistant?
yes Corin
Corin: awesome! i'll go pack my toys! *slithers off elsewhere*
just leave the wyverns alone ok!
Corin: yea yea....
if yu need to, just drug him and chain him to a wall. or drug him and study him.
