If you seen my latest pic, http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6657239. I asked who this person was in the suit. All I can tell you that it is another user who is actually part of 
TheMan Forum and she loves suiting and masking a lot. She also happened to suit into another Pokemon suit drawn by someone else. If anyone can tell me who this person is, they will get half off their commission of choice (Line, Color Sequence, ect.) This is to the first person who guesses it right though so its a first come first serve.
