Fans of the new My Little Pony series 'Friendship is Magic'. If this show was aimed at pre-teen girls, it missed its target demographic by miles; a surprising amount of the shows fans are guys in their mid-twenties and up, hence the amalgam of 'bro' and 'pony' to form 'brony'.
