Hi there
Well, the party is on!
Here are the details:
What: Halloween Costume Party - Cookout
Prizes for top 3 costumes
Also, Prizes fur top 3 jack-o-lanterns
So, carve a nice pumpkin with one of those little white candles to light it up.
Where: Wichita KS (PM me fur full address) - Well, the apartment is too small fur us all, so the party is in our back yard.
When: Saturday, October 29th. 6:pm - ?
Extra details:
Me and Blu will have the meat and buns. We also will have some chips.
So we will need potato salad, baked beans, and/or some other goodies good fur a cookout.
If some of you could bring a side dish to pass around that would be coolness.
So, have yourself a costume, and a carved pumpkin.
Bring a side dish.
After the dinner and costume/jack-o-lantern judging, there will be an outdoor screening of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas"

Obviously, this is all contingent on the weather.
Should the weather prove to be bad so that we can't have the party outside, we very well may have to try and re-schedule for a better night.
We do have an indoor place here (apartment complex clubhouse), we could have the party if the weather does get bad, but there is a deposit we would need to hork up. ($250) It would be refunded in full so long as we all clean up real nice after the party...but let's hope we can just keep the party outside and avoid such extra expenses.

I don't mind telling 'ya, I have been a little worried about the weather and what it's going to do the day of this cookout.
So far, it is looking good according to weather.com

Couple days ago, it looked like rain and cold, but today, no rain, and 10 degrees warmer than was previously forecast, so Yays!
This weekend I want to go to the store, and start getting the meats to cook on the grill...and buy a brand new grill upon which to grill...errr...or...yeah you got it LOL

While we wait fur the party day, and completely off topic:

Looks like we are going to get real lucky with the weather on Saturday...Yays!

and sunny. Might be a little windy, but where we are at is pretty sheltered. So

I am kindof looking forward to this.
For those of us that do not has a fur suit, this is about the only opportunity I
has to get dressed up like that.
Try and post something so I can have a ruff count on how many people I will be
feeding.
