I want to spend 600$ making my own motorvehicle (designs of which i'll not shar cuz it's so awesome I dont want it stolen.) and bve able to go 30-40 mph everywhere without getting insurance or a license or GAS.

Costs of a car:

5,000 for the car
150$ per tankfull of gas (or more)
50-5,000 for repairs if need be
1,000 for insurance (or more)
399$ for a cellphone tghat my parents will let me get (they are making me get this particular one)
???$ for cellphone plan costs

Costs of being smart:
600$ for materials
50$ for painting(optional)
50$ for custom stuff (optional)
.10-.20$ for battery recharges (unless I customize, then .01-.02 cents)

Where the hell would I get the money for a car, totaling 6600-whatever, instead of a custom handmade machine, totaling 600.10-700.02$. I don't understand adults.
