The situation:
Short and simple, I need a means of making 150$ and upwards each month in order to help work out some means of actually helping to pay the bills. Currently we have no heat in the house and while I will not mind if my mother decides to cut out the Internet/Cable at the end of November I don't think SHE (or myself for that matter) would survive going the course of December, January and possibly February without Internet or Cable.
Movies are good, games are good but we would get bored after awhile and I know my mother is one of the biggest WoW addicts in the world right now that she would go INSANE within a week of not being able to play her hunter or whatever it is she is now playing on the game.
So, basically if I can work on earning 150$ a month on the computer I will be able to help with paying the Cable/Internet bill and use the remaining 30$ to put towards Gas Payments in combination with the money that we get from Child Support. If the gas payments have been made already the extra 30$ will go towards food for us (Since we seem to run low on food towards the middle of the month... or at least those quick things that don't require us to spend an hour cooking!) or food for our pets.
All in all, I am trying to make a small 'living' off of my artwork until I can get back up on my feet with a job. For those that don't know I have been unemployed for over a year now! I was fired from Wal-Mart during a massive spree when we got a new manager on the front end on August 4th of last year. I have spent the entire last year and more filling in 50+ applications, duplicates and the like and still have gotten no where.
While I don't overly like the idea of turning my artwork into a living it seems like that's one of the only options I have right now.
So please, if you read this... and you want to help out but cannot buy a commission the please, post a link to this journal for me. It helps a lot, I don't get noticed all that much and I am, in a lack of better words, desperate to try and help myself out as well as my mother.
