I am going to be going mostly vegetarian in less than a month from now and I decided to start learning to cook green so I got a bag of mixed beans to try. Soaked overnight in a big jar and rinsed the next day, into a slow cooker with a can of spaghetti sauce and half a jug of maple syrup, set the cooker on high, then low, and we'll see how things turn out.
