How do I see shouts in my list?

I don't think you can scroll down your shouts. I think the only way is to delete the ones above them. Or perhaps you could go to manage shouts?

I see messages others have shouted and never see them, whatever they are. So I remove them.

No, right, you can see them. Go to control panel, manage page shouts, and you can see them.
