Ok so i dont normally write journals nor is this probably even considered as one but i wanted to put this someplace people will maybe read it. I've bought 2 toys from Zeta in the past year or so. The first being a black grand pup, nothing too special. Well i had problems getting it originally, took around 5 weeks for him to make it with no word at all about its progress until i emailed him almost a week after it should of shipped and he told me it would take another week to finish it. I was slightly annoyed but i liked my toy so i passed it off as maybe bad timing or something. Well i was appaerently wrong, i tried to buy a second toy over 2 months ago, a translucent glow green tentacle, little more complicated this time. Well it took him almost 6 weeks for this one (im still wondering about that 2-3 week eta on his site) and i had the same lack of information this time too, i emailed after 3 weeks and again all i ever got was him saying it will be another week. So thats when i started to get annoyed, its one thing to be late but at least say something, dont leave me wondering until i finally ask for details on whats up and then give me some one line bullshit that doesnt even explain anything. But oh well, i waited and got my toy to immediatly discover that he didnt even make it right, he didnt even read the notes on my order form to know to make it translucent and never said a single word the entire time about it if for some reason he couldnt of done it. So of course i emailed him about it to see about either getting my money back or getting something for all problems and time hes wasted and he told me he would make me a replacement toy id have to wait another 4-5 weeks for and would throw in a free toy the only thing was i had to send him the defective one back. Well that sounded fine at first other than having to wait even longer so i asked him what kinda toy he was going to send me so i at least knew and could stop him if it was something i wouldnt even use... which of course it was, he wanted to send me a trumpet... what use is a trumpet to anyone whose owned a grand pup for over a year? Something i even made sure to reiterate to him in our conversations. So i finally got an email back today saying that since i wont take that he just wont do anything now but refund my money if i send him the toy back, something i had asked about over a month ago when i got the toy and we started talking about what he would do to fix his problem. Personally i think thats complete bullshit that he cant at least offer me a real toy or deal with his customers correctly. Actually one of the things that has bugged me the most thru dealing with the whole thing is the fact that he doesnt include almost anything in his emails, there normally half a line and takes him about 3-4 days to even send me that much.

Well i dont have much more to say other than i hope thats a good warning for anyone thinking of buying something from Zeta creations and id like to hear if anyone else has had similar problems or anything. I would also like to know if anyone knows of some other place to get similar toys or knows how to make them. I spent alittle time looking around and couldnt find anything online of interest so im starting to think of possibly starting a company in competition to Zeta and am just looking for more feedback.
