Well, you provide the payer with your email address that you've used to sign up to paypal with. Then, they click 'send money' and input your email address into the 'recipient' box. They then select the purpose of payment (usually 'personal payment - owed' for commissions) and the amount of money they want to send. They then finalize the payment and it is sent to you for approval. Once you've checked over it to see that it's from the right person and it's the right amount, you click 'accept' and let paypal do the rest ^^ transferring your paypal funds to your bank account is a different thing entirely xP
