well we have decided all around and the dates are set,
july 20-23 2012. so again Friday to the Monday, allows for out of town people to come in later and leave later in the day, instead of being forced out at noon on Sunday, this just makes it easier. food will be provided there, and im going to need one more cook at least for next year, it was a bit hard to keep everything going so well have a set for breakfast and a set for supper, then at least the cooks can enjoy it as well instead of stewing over a hot pot.

i will accept Paypal but im not going to post it here, just PM me for the name,. also because of some badge issues we had last year, there is a part on the form that asks if u want a badge or not, also if u are in your own personal tent it costs a bit more due to the site we are on. so here is the break down for this year
if u want a badge and personal tent, 100 bucks.
if u don't want a badge but personal tent, 80 bucks
if u want a badge and will; be sharing a tent it is 80 aswell,
no badge but sharing a tent, 60.
if there is any problems with any of this please please please dont hesitate to PM me (sulli) or make a comment on here please. i don't want top have problems with this meet again. im hopping to have at least 10 by February of 2012, and i want all the registrations in by March 31, middle of April at the latest with a good reason. i dont really see a problem with it, but we shall see, i may extend it if needed, but well see.
