Stress: The side-effect of trying to manage everyone's expectations and dealing with people who want to tug you in multiple directions, contrary to what you believe and who you are.
Admiration: The increase of fame!
Envy: Haters are going to hate, but that is a measure of success.

When you're a well-known artist you have multiple paths to take. You can be a generous artist who donates time and money to organizations because people pay you a ridiculous amount of money for your personal hobby, or you can exploit the masses and bend your resolve in order to turn a profit. I'm sure there are plenty of levels in between those two extremes, but fame isn't everything!
