If a neighbor is making you feel threatened or uncomfortable living where you are, call the police. We are not trained to figure out what is a situation and what is not. They are. Don't guess. Don't say too extreme. Again, people like us are not trained to know how to deal with shit like that. Let them handle it and figure it out. The law will not even tell who called. Really! I know.
