WARNING! THIS IS A RANT JOURNAL!
So unlike most traditional artist I don't use a scanner, why? Because every time I end up scanning it the picture ends up turning washed out and I end up hating the whole inter thing. Which! Then leads me to never, ever, post it any where because I am very self conscious when it comes to my work and if its not good enough to me, then why would anyone else like it? After all, you are your biggest critic.
Anyhoo, I've been working on this painting for what feels like months and I finally finished it! I brought it home one night to take some pictures of it before it went away for a show that its in (that it might not even be in because they don't have enough people to get everyone's artwork there and taken out of the cars). And you know pulled out Killian (My Nikon. I name all of my electronics I'm that weird) and started taking pictures. You know different angles close ups, the works. I brought it back to school and got it matted and everything and today it was supposed to be taken to the art show. So I figured while I ws uploading some concert pictures onto my Facebook, why not post some art work onto my Furry Affinianty?
I'm all excited to get this picture out here and to see what other people think of this piece I painted. I plugged my memory card in its little slot on the side of my laptop and I open the file, etc. ONLY TO SEE! That the icons for the pictures are different. So I'm like, [i]Huh this is weird[/u]. Click it. Unable to be read. Okay. No big found out i was a nef file. Saved it as a jpg and switched it to the normal photo viewing program FILE UNABLE TO BE READ! I'M SOOOOO UPSET! Why does this always happen to me D=
And that's not even the worst part! We're out of milk at my house and I'm not even able to make hot chocolate D =
