Terms of Service:

What I will do: Humans, monsters, and anthro. Normal stuff (of course) and artistic nudity, non-explicit fetish, cheesecake, pinups, portraiture. Gore and violence, sure - I love gore and horror-themed pictures!

What I will NOT do: Porn, extreme fetishes.

1) Prices displayed are base prices - not absolutes. All prices are subject to change on the complexity of characters, backgrounds, and individual details.

2) Visual references and/or written references will be provided by the commissioner. Please make sure if you're using visual references to note if something needs to be corrected on your reference! Once this has been done, a preliminary quote will be provided by the artist.

3) Payments must be made up front before any work begins. Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Payment plans are available, please don't hesitate to ask! However, I will not start your piece until it has been completely paid.

4) Commissioners will have the ability to ask for alterations of the sketch stage in a full color commission. You will get two full sketch revisions (or an equal amount of minor revisions.) However, after that, no more changes will be made unless the commissioner pays for extra revisions at 10.00 each for each revised full sketch. All revisions must be done within two weeks of lineart review.

5) Once the final lineart has been approved by the commissioner and color started, no further changes to the lineart are able to be done.

6) Commissions under 30.00 are considered small commissions. Revising these types of commissions is not factored into the price.

7) Refunds -If you request a refund, the refund will be sent based on what work has already been completed and the piece itself. If no work has begun, you will be refunded the full price (minus any fees Paypal may take). If the commissioner cancels their commission after the coloring stage they will NOT be issued a refund.

8) Re-Posting: Permission is granted for commissioners to post works (commissions, gift art, fan art) in which your character/characters have appeared. You may not upload any high resolution or unsigned version of the artwork. You can upload to your personal website or gallery, but credit is required, as well as a link back to my FA site.

9) Editing - please do not edit the image in any way that removes my signature from the image. If you need a cropped version, please let me know and I will be happy to do that for you.

10) Rights - Artist retains all rights to commissioned artwork; rights can be discussed for an additional fee. I also retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.

11) The artist may re-use sketches and works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
