My World In Your Lap (picture description)

Well, where shall I start….?
I guess I will start to explain every point one after the other.
First of all, there we see the space, with the green and red fog drifting around and the many stars, which are concentrating the more the closer they come to the centre of the image. Then there is the core of the whole picture: Delilah, sitting cross-legged, surrounded by an aura of glowing light. In her lap is the earth. Ryan probably sleeps in it.
Now I want to come to the symbols. The space
The space stands for itself because everything reachable for us is in it. Delilah is herself too. The earth is not really itself here, but the world of my thoughts. Ryan lies in its centre. After Delilah, he was the second character I came up with, so he is a kind of fursona.
Delilah came to me like a brainwave. Snap! And there, all of a sudden, was her image in my head. A never known clarity came to my life. I never wanted to forget her face… I began to learn to draw. This was the beginning of the world in my head. Since then, it grows more and more. It lies in her lap because it was her who set the ball rolling. The stars are standing for all the ideas and thoughts belonging and referring to everything.
Although Delilah is so mighty in her presence, you can see the vibes in the light she “radiates”; it is me after all, who works it all out. Because of that, the stars are concentrating towards the centre, in which both of us are.
The shining world, which illuminates Delilah, means that my drawings helped me to “light up what’s in the dark”. This helps me to understand more of Delilah, and of course, everything else.
