Ok, so for the last few months on and off me and my gf have been jumping between servers due to unreliability, and we were sick of having to rely on outside peeps to keep it running.

So im asking ANYONE out there with knowledge of how to make a Minecraft server,
HELP!! @.=.@;

Both me and my girlfriend (  felineelement ) have tried in the past, and haven't been able to figure it out. One problem I ran into is since im using a Verizon HotSpot modem for internet, i cant program it to send/receive server data. and FelineElement had a similar problem...

Also, both of us are tight for money (lol who isn't these days) so we cant exactly pay for server space....

If anyone could help us out you would be more than welcome on the server once its up and running (if not we could some to sort of agreement for compensation... but lets get to that later)
