Hey, hey, hey now. Dont feel so down. You're expiring an artist's block, similar to a writer's block. Have them all the time (writer's blocks anyways). You should just relax and don't try to view your art as a business, too much pressure. Look for inspirations, other people's art, books, movies, music, heck even scribbling on a piece a paper and trying to see a picture works for some people (I personally know two artist like that). Sometimes even the best remedy is just to not think about it at all and wham! out of nowhere comes one of the greatest ideas you've created, happened to me and I'll swear by it.

But if you're still having troubles the try drawing something from your dreams, it can be really be amazing what you think of in your sleep. (Again I know an artist personally who wakes in the middle of the night and spends the rest of her night drawing something she saw in her dreams.)

You just have to push and look for inspiration in the least likeliest of places. I know you can do it.

Meh, in all honesty youll get over it. You just have to ride out times like this, and eventually it ends on its own. I go through periods liek this, hell the times within art posts should be a sign of that.

So just relax, take a break, and youll get back into it when youre ready.

Yeah, I know. Art block just sucks XD I just feel like I've left art blocks alone before and I'm at a point with my art now that I need to push through it and start working harder on it if I want it to be better. But maybe if I didn't feel so much pressure I'd enjoy it more and it would flow better :/ Thanks for the advice :) <3

Meh, no problem. We all deal with them, and I think everyone frets over them.

I know that feeling all too well. x.x; I wouldn't draw for anything for a long while, half was because of stifling art teachers who "had to have it their way." My best advice? Wait it out. Sometimes you just need to take a break form things for a while -- I did. Abandoned my Deviantart for about...Six, seven months or so? Maybe longer. Don't let the period of un-inspiration get to you; it might make what you do after the break that much greater. :)

I hear ya :/ Like I said to Kingketo - I feel like I have to work harder than I have been, but maybe the pressure makes it way too unenjoyable. I think I just need to take a deep breath and relax a bit; start enjoying art like I used to. Thanks :)
