Well, I just have to take some time out from patting all of the sea-kittens to share PETA's latest
Seems that PETA is targeting Nintendo & Mario for promoting the wearing of fur - due to his wearing of a Tanuki suit in an upcoming DS game. Despite the fact that he did it 20 years ago, too!
I was going to write more, but... I'm too sore from laughing and shaking my head in astonishment.

Only PETA game I've actually seen is one my son came across when he was 7 or 8. "Super Chick Sisters" or something along those lines. He hadn't been looking at PETA sites - it came up on a free flash games thingo.
Anyway, a month later he stood up in the middle of a school assembly (not at the front, in the middle of the kids!) and screamed at people for being murderers for eating meat!

Bloody imagery is never traumatic. As I said above, it didn't cause my son to have an outburst at an assembly... I don't have flashbacks from watching "Meet your Meat" or anything >.>
And, you'd think Peta would be a bit more friendly to people, yaknow..humans are animals? ;p
