I'm not going to try to explain all of the details of this bill. I'm not a legal or tech expert, but I know enough to know that not only is this a horrible idea, but it is flat out wrong.

I'm late to the party as well, I just heard about it this morning in the club room at University.
I think if everyone can do what they are able to, it will make plenty of noise.
