Commissions? (possibly?)

So I'm tossing around the idea of opening myself up for custom hat commissions and small-scale art commissions, namely badges. I've had a couple of inquiries but haven't had any real solid price information worked out for that.
Ideas? Etc? Its been a while since I felt comfortable taking on commissions so I don't want to get in over my head.

I really, really , reallly would love a hat/beanie from you. Now prices? I've no clue other than from other's I've seen doing like 20-36 dollars each hat. But does the mats cost that much?
