Commission Terms of Service

Imagination's Terms of Service:
--I reserve the rights to the art after it is completed.
You may edit the art and post it in your gallery but you may NOT receive payment for it or resell it.
--I reserve the right to refuse an order.
For personal reasons or if it runs over the 'what I will not do' line.
--I reserve the right to terminate an order due to customer conduct.
You will get the work that is done up to that point, plus a partical refund(minus the half when the work is completed)
--I reserve the right to edit the terms of service whenever I want.
If your commission was accepted before the changes were made the changes do not apply.
PAYMENT:
--Up-front please.
When you pay you can get an ETA if you want. After this date has passed you can request a refund of up to a quarter of the initial payment and the finished piece.
--I use paypal
We will discuss payment through email.
WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DO:
--I will:
Attempt to draw almost anything. Not only anthro, but people, people with ears, animals, ect. You can email me your subject if you are not sure.
Attempt to draw certain fetishes/nudity/whatever.
-I will NOT:
Draw any vore, blood/guts/other fetishes that relate to that. Note/email me questions.
WIPs, REVISIONS, CANCELLATIONS:
--WIPs:
I will send WIPs if you request them. I will not upload WIPs in my gallery, but I will provide a link through email if you request it. I will also send WIPs to make sure I did everything right for more complex characters.
--Revisions:
I will offer revisions during the sketch stage. When it is complete i can offer at least 3 small revisions for free. Anything more extreme will cost extra.
--Cancellations:
I will cancel the commission on request of the commissioner. Partial payment will be paid for the work that is done. If no work has been done a full refund will be given.
