...until further notice. Really fucking stressed out right now. My mortgage lender is a complete and total dumbass. He knew SIX MONTHS AGO what kind of loan I probably actually needed. Then today when I FINALLY met with him in person, we talk, and talk, and TALK and he eventually finally tells me he really wishes we could've talked sooner because the loan we talked about MONTHS AGO "with 100% certainty is the right fit" for me.

NO SHIT SHERLOCK! DIDN'T WE FIGURE THAT OUT MONTHS AGO?!?

So... loan commitment date is THIS FRIDAY! DECEMBER 9! Guess what I don't have? WTF!?! Now he's connecting me to a DIFFERENT lender who deals with the type of loan I need and I HAVE to get a loan commitment date and a new closing date from HIM now!

SONOFABITCH!

I was seriously sitting in his office in tears because of all this...

so yeah... if you have my cell#, please don't text or call me until further notice... if you really need me or want to chat, shoot me a note but don't count on me responding right away if at all right now... i can't handle even being around my own boyfriend right now who lives with me and my parents since he moved all the way from idaho to be with me... taking everything i have not to bite his head off over stupid shit... keep having to remind myself it's not his fault i'm fucking pissed off....

So, the new guy is actually on top of things. Called me at like, literally 8:15 this morning while I was getting ready for work. We talked while I finished getting ready and until I was almost at work. So that's the good news...

BAD NEWS:
Loan commitment date is now roughly January 13 instead of December 9. Closing while be, HOPEFULLY January 27. Also have to have a HUD inspector come in and look at the house and have my general contractor with him so that they can have an itemized list for the loan so they know a rough figure of what my total mortgage is going to be so I can make needed repairs and updates.

So yeah... everything got pushed back a month roughly... I am NOT happy about this. I wanted MY new house keys to be dangling from my fingers on Christmas. ;_;
