Not sure how many people if any actually monitor my journals at this point (not that I'd blame anyone who didn't. I'm not exactly mister talkative!), but figure I'll toss this out here anyway. Cheesy song-reference title aside, I'm looking for a little help and inspiration. For a long time I've kicked around a story idea in my head and lately I've felt the urge to actually put fingers to keyboard on it. I hope to encourage this as it's been quite awhile since I actually sat down to write. My muse is a fickle thing and peace and quiet without distraction is all but unheard of for me these days.

Getting to the point, I need an angel and am asking for help implementing one. This is a story featured a couple of characters I've interacted with whom belong to various friends, either directly in Kaoshin's canon or just I like and want to give a little salute to. This angel however is alluding me. This is not a direct Christian Heaven and Hell. Think more a plane of existence where exceptional souls are rewarded, another where exceptional negative ones are imprisoned, and all the rest get recycled/reincarnated. The exception is feral dragons. Their souls due to a quirk of the pantheon are not sent to either of these planes. They are instead contained within an individual. Those of you who have read my work before, you know who that is heheh. Anyway, yeah open possibilities just no feral dragon forms.

Details I'm requesting are species, physical appearance, weapon(s) of choice and/or fighting styles as there will be combat in this characters future, and name. Any other details you wish to provide are icing on the cake and are of course always appreciated as well. Angelic/feathered wings and halos are optional and may or may not make it into the final presentation (especially halos) unless I really like the portrayal.

For a little more backdrop, there's no single God or Devil. My world currently uses more a pantheon of gods. Some good, some neutral, some evil. It is exceedingly rare for them to act upon the world itself but demons and angels are able to manifest. Those of you who know Kao's history may remember he's had a couple run-ins with the former variety having accidentally given physical form to one in his younger years. Anyway, any conflict between gods takes place through the angels and demons, and consequentially there is almost constant conflict between those two planes be it resentment at the policing of the heaven over the hell, or outright war...and I'm going to stop now before I ramble for pages heheh.

Bottom line, if you want to help please feel free to post up a suggestion. This isn't a competition per se, but it's entirely possible someone's angel-type character will show up in a story of mine so if you wanna consider that a prize or throw your lot in support of someone else's idea feel free. I write both out of love of it and to entertain those who read the result. Just please no hurt feelings if something does or doesn't get used. A muse, like lady luck, is a fickle mistress and we're shooting for inspiration here not a sign of who is a favorite or who has the best ideas. There's no best here. Just having fun :)
