MY furry fandom involves friends, family made of friends, that would go to the end of the world for me.

I'd go to the end of the world for them.

The furry fandom has given me enemies.

It has given me drama.

It has given me pain.

But it also has given me unsurpassed joy.

It has shown me there is life after divorce.

There is life after loss.

There is always a smile there in a friend you are yet to meet.

I have hit rock bottom.

I have dug deeper.

I have climbed my way out of what I thought was the end.

I'm a stronger woman for it.

I am going to be more in the future.

I will be a wife, mother, nurse.

I will be a friend, an aunt, and a role model.

I will be everything this world has said I cannot be.

Or would never be.

Yes, I eat peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon.

I run my gas tank to empty.

Every time.

I am a lax housekeeper.

But I am not a slob.

I am a great cook.

I am Italian decent, and showing love is feeding those you love.

Sometimes I 'invent' recipes that end up being big hits.

I enjoy playing video games.

I play WoW.

I play Skyrim. Oblivion. Morrowwind.

I play FPS. I play RPGs. I play Sims.

I have a weakness for fast food.

A cup of good coffee can make me smile.

A random chocolate bar is heaven.

I love white roses.

I love Christmas.

I hate being in quiet.

Looking at the ring on my finger makes my heart fall in love all over again.

I am a fighter.

I am loyal to friends and family.

I adopt friends as family.

I have built my world from dust.

Nobody can tear me down.

Some may take a brick or two.

But the fortress of Rona wasn't built in a day.

It's taken a lifetime.

And I still have so much more to go.

The furry fandom is just a small facet of the diamond that is me, and if you get to know me, I sparkle and shine in more ways than one can imagine. I don't always like all the parts of the furry fandom, but it has been time and time again, a home that I can turn to when I know I need that extra boost.
