I really dont know how to celebrate yule other than making my mead... so I celebrate Christmas.

I am somewhat averse to all holidays, but I suppose I celebrate Yule more than christmas. I definitely don't do christmas in any sense. I also don't do Facebook, so at least for me that's not a very appealing idea X3

I'll be working on my suit commissions, possibly be doing some work on my personal suit (I'm making a fursuit sized torc too, that's pretty neat in my book!), and working on a dissertation about the origins of anthropomorphism and therianthropy.

I celebrate the Yuletide. I light a big old fire for solstice, get friends together for a feast, all the good stuff. Facebook is pretty useful for networking so I can't see the harm in a group on there.

Well first year without a Julfest...but hey.
And christmas...never been a big thing in my family and neither for myself. So yeah.^^

And facebook, well I am not a fan of this thing.

I celebrate the Joel as we call it here, with a group of fellow Asatru :) Traditional meal for the gods and some rituals.

I do have a tree in the house, but that has its roots in the Asatru tradition anyway. I admit I'm a sucker for Christmas decorations ;) But I don't celebrate Christmas itself. Traditionally in my country (Netherlands) it isn't celebrated with gifts and all of that, anyway.

Well I don't know how others do it, but for me it's a time where I get as much family together (even though for them it isn't a big thing) we all head out to the garden, everyone writes their goals for the new year on a log and chucks it into the fire.
I've tried to make traditional mead but lets just say it didn't turn out to be safe for consumption...or anything really lol.

We all just spend time sitting around talking and catching up on things, share great food and great drink. In recent times I've taken to the habit of having a form on honour seat by the fire who is for my father who sadly isn't with us anymore. We make a toast to him, and for myself I take time for a special thanks to those I feel help guide me through life.

I have to admit, as my family don't follow the same belief I do, so I generally do whatever it is that pleases them like putting up the creepy chucky-esque santa by the window...begrudgingly lol-that thing is creepy!

Erm, so yeah, that's how it is in my household-ramble over.
As for facebook, I try to avoid it personally but find it has it's uses..just rarely

I celebrate Jul with my significant other, but we celebrate Christmas with others in our family as well. Whatever it takes to get everyone together and have a good time =D

The overt religious aspect of Christmas has long gone by the wayside in my family; the important thing is to get the family together. I indulge the family in their halls (and carve the roast beast), but my own Yule observance is at home, and quite low-key. I'm pretty much on my own here, so it's usually a little personal conversation with Them and a sharing of whatever's the best in the house (Blanton's bourbon this year) in the cup on the north-wall shelf. Sometimes I cook something special for Mrs Devilkitty and myself.

Oh, and count another facebook objector here as well.
