For some reason, FA keeps bogging out on my when I try to upload this piece: http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/.....TradeFinal.jpg
This is my half of an art trade with the lovely Mazz, and I'm ridiculously happy with it, despite glaring problems with it. Its my largest digital drawing to date, the inks were originally on bristol, something I rarely use, and I managed to not fuck it up royally.
Plus, my flood fill tool doesn't work well with my inking style, so I had to do the whole damn thing with a 21 pixel brush. Took forever.
I forgot your earrings, Mazz, and didn't realize it until I'd already uploaded. And the wall socket isn't colored in, but it probably would have been white anyways.
Theres a lot about this thats just... Off balance. And Mazz's leg looks way too short, though its supposed to be curled in front of Desmond. Buh. Next time I'll do better, promise. <3
In other news, I've managed to copy the sketch I was working on. But now I'm having difficulty with the second character. I've got him about how I want him, but I need to change the position of his legs and make him look a little shorter. I'll scan the original, I'm very happy with the result, and I'll get the other stages as they come.
