Sony Sued Over Its "No Sue" Legal Terms

Okay... Sony, along with several other big companies like Microsoft, has recently tried to institute a "no sue" clause in the terms of service agreements for its consoles. Now people are suing over its "no sue" clause. While this sounds a little crazy, remember, the legality of these "no sue" agreements is highly questionable, given they seemingly strip away many Americans legal rights, so they may just have a case. In fact, I hope they win and other businesses will start to drop this nonsense.

This has also made me glad I never bought a PS3.
I'm rooting for the person(s) whom filed the lawsuit. To win hard enough to force Sony (as well as Microsoft, Nintendo, and Apple) to drop this clause. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the whole "Update this so you won't sue us" idea a violation of one of (or more than) the American Amendment of Rights?
Serves the bastards right, and here's hoping they win!
I would counter sue for thier sue on a no sue policy!
Somewhere, a girl named Sue is wondering why so many people are calling her name. XD
But seriously that is kind of ridiculous.
But I hate Microsoft and don't care much for Sony after that deal with the hacking. Now this? I am
Disappoint Sony. lolamirite or am I off target? XP
