Within my hemi doth mine ass sit? To get home swiftly to take a shit I spied upon the icy road A mound no larger than a toad

Up to the wonderment I crept Within my heart a rumble leapt My eyes deceive me? Not at all For they have captured a hairy ball

Wrought with ice and sandy crud And topped with a bit of mud What is this thing which I have found? Here upon this winter ground?

A tangled fuss of solid lump Would surely mistake for a speed bump! Awwwe a kitty! I knew it right! Basking motionless in the moonlight

I kicked it with my North Face shoe Froze solid stuck like super glue I tried to peel it from its grave What the hell was I thinking I could save?

As cold heat poured betwixt my lips Placing hands upon my hips I shook my head and softly sighed Its been a while since this things died!
