This is the absolute worst season to be depressed. You look outside, the world is dead and frozen. Gray skies like dented metal. The ground is either mud or shredded wheat. There's no color to be had.

I'm really tired of this. I never expected to be out of work this long. Another month, and I can forget about going to cons this year.

Cons aren't the most important thing in life, I know, but they're the only vacation I get. Not having those gleaming weekends is really going to drag the year down.
