1. I bought a new PC and have yet to install word on it.
2 My modem has given out and only works sporadically.
Yes, only these two can delay everything. My modem will be replaced soon but I have to transfer word over to my laptop. Will get back on it as soon as these are worked out.

Sheesh. Hate it when that happens. Good luck... although if your modem will work properly for a while, you could download OpenOffice like I did and write with that. It's a huge file, though, and if your modem glitches, downloading it will be quite the task.
