Sounds like you might have some sinus problems. Usually for me I get drainage and it'll make me sick enough to vomit and my sinuses will bleed as they clear out.

I hope feel you better! Get some sleep and make sure your belly stays full!

Coughing and vomiting often greatly irritate the throat and can cause it to bleed. If your throat is really raw then its likely that the blood is just coming from there, and not from somewhere serious. Happens to me whenever I get sick :c
