ugh, I feel ya D:
my recent haircut didn't turn the way I wanted it at all... ;_____;
o-oh well..

A bad haircut can ruin my whole week B( It'll be at least a month before it is an acceptable length again.

I asked once to have my hair layered, bangs trimmed, and the split ends trimmed. The woman instead gave me bowl-cut bangs that were uneven and trimmed the rest of my hair to about chin length.

I used to have Shirley Temple-curly hair.

Man, and I have glasses too, and once I take them off to let someone cut my hair, it's like handing over the steering wheel and blindfolding myself and hoping they understood my directions. I can't even like, notice them doing something wrong and stop them, I can't see it. :<

And my god, my hair is so curly @_@ That's why I am so specific. You cut it too short and it gets this really stupid rounded shape to it, and since it's a mohawk style, now it looks like a half-assed pompadour. So much disapproval there you don't even KNOW.

When I was sixteen, I had my hair chemically straightened. I regret doing it because after it wore off, my hair is now oddly wavy and curly in random areas. So I have to straighten it every now and then so it stays manageable. It sucks because I'm lazy so I want shorter hair, but it's so thick and awkwardly curly that I need it long so it weighs itself down.
