Thoughts as an old year closes and a new year begins:
1. Be thankful for your friends, even your so called aquaintances. They are and will be a tremendous amount of support in rocky times.
2. Hold your family close, even your "made" families. They are your rock, your anchor when the world moves too fast.
3.Cherish the times spent in happiness and joy, for sorrow and heartbreak will make them even more precious.
4. For every challenge that you have had and overcome in the past year, for each and every one has made you wiser and stronger.
5. Welcome change into your life, for change is growth, and without growth we stagnate, and stagnation is death.
This year has seen much change in my life.
I have moved cross-country, twice.
I have had family, and friends, help and aid me with the moves. I wish to thank them one and all.
I have done much growth and change within my spirit.
I look to the new year as a chance to start over and move forward into a new and brighter future. My hope is that I have positively touched all the souls I have encountered this past year, and that all my vast family of friends and kin are blessed and happy as the old year closes and a new one begins.
Happy New Years to all.
