consistent Pedal F and double F

Not getting into shape like I said I would

Just getting over an upper respiratory tract infection

I never was, but the bf is doing a good job

There's more to playing bass trombone than farting out pedal tones.
It takes a great mind and a shitload of flexibility to make it work.
