Art Trades, any artist?

Ok, I've been thinking to let it know in public or not, but this worth a try at least.
I would like to do Art Trade with artists who has the same quality I put out of my paws and I've been trying to search some, even asked some, but still no replies, the other ones got asked recently, so it's pretty early to expect any response in return.
Honestly I realized that I'm having a hunger/curiousity to see how other people would draw my fursona/feathersona and to be fair instead of launching drama being an Art-Whore and whining for free stuff, so I would rather like to know if there's anyone who you would find worthy enough, to be recommended for me.
I will decide the rest of its part if it's okay.
So please suggest me artists who are free of duties and has a reliable and somewhat decent duration of process. I don't want to spend years to wait up for them. (There were examples for those cases, Even NOW!)

Can you draw feathers? Can you draw beaks in every angle? Can you draw wings properly (folded, spred)? Can you draw tech stuffs?

Egyébként is, itt nem egy üzletről beszélünk, ahol a felek valamilyen kötelezettséget vállalnak egymással szemben. Én elkészítek valamit, ezt felrakom a scrapjeim közé, mert azokat a kutya se nézi. Te mondasz egy véleményt, ami alapján feltöltöm a "rendes" galériámba, avagy letörlöm. Mindettől függetlenül kerülhet átadásra vagy bezúzásra a végeredmény.
Én is kaptam már fanartot, ami nem felelt meg az igényeimnek, de mivel ajándék, illett elfogadnom. Önbecsülésem szemernyit se csorbult.
