I thought it only fair to write this journal and let you know what's going on. Some of you have noticed a marked lack of activity within the last few days and I have appreciated receiving your concerned notes and e-mails. The truth is that my family is preparing for the death of a loved one. I have spent most of my time with them and will continue to do so in the coming days, which has and will restrict how often I am able to work.

If you are signed up for a commission slot and feel that you are no longer able wait, please note me and hopefully we can work something out. If you have sent me a note and I have not yet responded, please forgive my tardiness, I will get back to you in a week or so. If you have IM'd me and I haven't been able to chat for very long, I am not avoiding you, just generally indisposed and not quite in the mood for our usual light banter.
