Need Cover Art of new album

OK guys, I'm looking to officially distribute my music and start selling it, but I need a cover art for my new album I'm making. I've called it Tempest, and I need someone to make cover art for it. I'm willing to pay up to $50 for this. Feel free to provide watermarked samples so that I can see what I might like. Thanks! :D
Keep in mind, I will want to have the right to use it as part of an album I intend to sell. You will receive full credit for the work involved obviously. Royalties are negotiable.

By the way, don't forget to plan a CD cover too, not only the box's and a back cover, as well. This would be a complete achievement

As for something softer and more ambient I dont really have an example on me now but I can experiment : p I can be a bit of a graphic designer
