Thank god it's over. (Health Report)

~*~*~*I am a Witch, an Angel, And one very content girlie.*~*~*~
I mean,i was sick for a fucking week and a half!
It all started after i came home from eating dinner with my niece and dad,and the next day,
i started getting headaches.
Then, a fever and pain in my left side.
Then a swollen uvula,a cyst in my throat,and bad drainage in my sinuses.
It was so painful and miserable...
The headaches would mess with my balance,
the stomach aches limited what kind of food i ate,
The swollen uvula and painful cyst in my mouth made it hard to swallow,eat,and talk,
And the fever was the most annoying.
I kept downing water,milk,diet soda,and hot tea for the whole time i was sick,
and painkillers/salt water gargles/staying in pajamas really sucked balls (and not in the good way.)
Thankfully, i had my awesomesauce as hell boyfriend to talk to,err...text,i mean,since i couldn't speak. He helped me get through this annoying ordeal. He was like my doctor,in a way. <3 He kept me happy and let me rest when we were talking. (the meds kept knocking me out.) God,i love him...
My dad let me get my cough drops and Ear drops, since the ear drops helped with the pain in my ear (which i forgot to mention) and the cough drops helped lube my throat up to help me speak.
My niece took care of me too, by sitting with me in the living room when she came over and watched Beakman's World with me. (Hey,that show was the shiz when i was still 6 years old like my niece!)
All i could eat was liquids,soft foods,and i couldn't eat anyhthing like popcorn or a sandwich for a while cause it would hurt when i swallowed. (hey, make a liquid diet joke,and i'll hurt you.)
When i tried to sleep, it was nearly impossible to get comfy! Even with Mini-Knux! ....That's my Dragon beanie baby,btw...I tuck his hind legs in to make him a naga. i sleep with him between my boobs. :3 However,i still couldn't get comfy at all. The pillow would press against my jaw where the cyst was growing.
The damn thing finally burst today,though.
It was so gross! Here i am,sitting in the living room with my plushie,watching a Rerun of Grays Anatomy on Netflix, and all of a sudden,i feel a pinch in my throat, and i felt it drain into my mouth. It made me GAG! I ran to the bathroom and just spit a bunch of damn crap out of my mouth! It took forever to get it to stop draining!
The taste was just pure fucking awful! It was like eating my Grandma's Sugar Free Pecan Pie (the first time she tried to make one,that is. tasted horrible!)! I gargled with mouthwash, constantly rinsed with water,and drank a bunch of warm tea to get the taste out of my mouth!
Luckilly, i also chewed gum, drank half a 2-liter of diet soda,and used mouthwash again and it helped.
Before this happened, i talked to my dad's doc, since i have no insurance (Long story,don't wanna tell it.) and he diagnosed me with Uvulitis (Swelling of the Uvula),The flu,and some word i can't remember that involved the nasty-tasting thing in my throat,
And Uvulitis is very easily treatable.
All you need is to gargle each hour with Salt Water,suck on cough drops since they are medicated with Menthol (which helps breathing) and also help with coughing, also,take some Antihistimines or Ibupropen for the pain/swelling.
Now i'm waiting a few days for my ear to pop and my throat to heal itself up from where the doohickey (-snick- doo hickey...xD )asploded.
Thank the good lord that is over.
I never want any of that crap again!
If you never want what i went through,
keep yourself healthy,people!!!!
.......I did lose 10 pounds from it, though.
So that is the only good thing. :)
