I am compiling a listing of cheaper writers for publicizing. Are you still available for commissions? If so, I would like to know if your rates have changed, and what the maximum word counts are for what you call Short and Long stories and the chapters for the Multi-chapter stories.

Also, jFYI, one of the criteria is that authors in the listing have published a story within the last 6 months...

Answer: Yes i am. at any time. Rates have not changed.
Maximum word count is 2000 words (if not more if i get creative), Minimum is 500. This is for Long and Shorts. :3
Chapter: 2000-3000 word, depending on how many chapters and how long the story they want.
One-shots are like what i wrote for Charem (A Leafmeleon's Revenge) and the max for those is 500 words.
