When a friend told me that SOPA was going to be rejected, I was somewhat relieve but also nervous of what the effects of it would have. I was right to have such feelings as this new bill has come to show its head. It couldn't and wouldn't be that easy. Seems as though this was a back up of sorts or what was being planned all along? If so that was quite a strategy the government had. As the video stated this ACTA was hidden for awhile and we are just now hearing of it after SOPA has been dealt with. I don't think its just a coincidence.
