I am having problems falling asleep recently; any of you know any good sleeping music? It can be children's songs too, anything at all as long as it helps with sleeping.

Your body basically thinks it's day time. Try getting off the computer and do something boring by candle light. The orange spectrum given off by candles remind your body of sunset and help ease it into sleep cycles. Also boring activities prevent stimulation of the brain and allow it to prepare for sleep cycling as well. The state of your brain is of utmost importance to the quality of your sleep.
